Delay not added

I am running ONE on Solaris 8 with two inerface cards configured.

I have another Solaris machine attached to one card and an NT machine on
the other (making them two separate networks).

The machines are able to ping when ONE is not running and I am using static
routes.

The problem is that the delay is not being added for the Ping packets even
when I am running ONE.

While debugging I found out that the router machine is not enqueuing the
ping ICMP packets.

Can someone please help me out with this problem.
