    I ran a quick test...

    Without IPv6 addresses on the ONE machine, I had ping6'ed my destination. I
    had bandwidth restrictions that were a little more relaxed however. With the
    restrictions below, I was only getting a handful of packets through, with most
    of the difficulty being each machine 'loosing' the IPv6 address of the other
    (since they weren't specified on either machine, and neither machine insisted
    on caching the result for more than several seconds).

    You may also want to check to see if the linespeed and/or propagation are
    affecting the link in the direction you're expecting. I actually found it
    somewhat counter intuitive myself when first using ONE.
